Anova Precision Oven combines convection and steam injection technology, so the materials and components have to be especially designed to handle this kind of heating combination.

1. Hamilton Housewares Stainless Steel Cooling Rack
The perfect third-party version of the Anova perforated pan. It’s even better than Anova’s.
If your recipe requires the use of a perforated pan, then look no further than the Hamilton Houseware’s stainless steel cooking rack (view on Amazon).
It comes in several dimensions including 12 x17, 8.5 x 12, 10 x 14.75, and 10 x 15, so it’s easy to find one that fits your Anova Precision Oven perfectly.
The grid pattern is designed to ensure that no food falls through the perforations while cooking. However, you could place the Anova-provided pan below the perforated one just to be double sure.
The stainless steel material is also in keeping with the material of the pan that’s shipped with the oven. So, it’s safe for any cooking temperatures and purposes in the oven.
2. 360 Stainless Steel Baking Pan 9×13
Many baking pans for domestic ovens are either aluminium or stainless steel. The problem is that aluminium is great for quick and even heating but it is difficult to clean. In contrast, stainless steel heats poorly and warps easily, but is a lot easier to clean.
Enter the 360 stainless steel baking pan (view on Amazon). This pan combines the properties of stainless steel and aluminium in a cladded metal form.
Although the product in the link provided comes with a handle, you can purchase the no-handle version from 360. Whichever one you go for, they have exactly the same qualities and 9 x 13 dimensions.
To enjoy the quick cleaning qualities of this pan, simply soak it in hot soapy water for a few minutes and then clean it off. The pan will be as good as new, after ever clean.
3. Anova Precision Perforated Pan
Even though this product is produced by Anova Culinary, I have included it in the list because it does not come shipped with the Anova Precision Oven.
It is true about Anova promised that they will start shipping additional pans in the coming months, but for now, they sell the precision perforated pan separately.
It is only slightly costlier than the Hamilton perforated pan above, but some users prefer to use the Anova perforated pan for brand uniformity.
The Anova Precision perforated pan is designed for even air flow. This makes for even heating and quicker cooking for all recipes.
It is also resistant to warping because of its corrugated stainless steel material.
Just as with the Hamilton perforated pan, I also advise that you place a second pan below the Anova perforated pan to catch residue.

You should note that, from consumer feedback, this plan may not be as easy to clean as the Hamilton product. Also, if you purchase earlier versions of the pan, you may experience some warping.

This baking steel fits the racks of the oven to a tee. It comes in 16.33″ x 12.25″ x 1/4″ and is designed to be fully resistant to cracking or shattering.
Sturdy, pre-seasoned, and easy to clean, it provides the best balance of functionality, performance and weight.
In terms of baking results, it is far superior to the pan that’s shipped with the Anova Precision Oven. If you are looking to make perfect pizzas, the baking steel is the missing piece of the puzzle.
5. Meleg Otthon Jelly Roll Pan
A more affordable but equally performant alternative to the Baking Steel Pan is the Meleg Otthon jelly roll pan (view on Amazon).
The pan also comes in various sizes including the 16.2 x 12.6 x 2.4 which is the closest fit for the Anova Precision oven.
It is made from stainless steel which is just perfect for Anova. Also it is easy to clean, non-stick, and warp resistant.
The high edges ensure that liquid or sauce does not leak out from the pan and onto other parts of the oven.
